Trenbolone is a steroid used to increase muscle growth and appetite. To increase its effective half-life, trenbolone is not used in an unrefined form, but is rather administered as ester derivatives such as trenbolone acetate, trenbolone enanthate, or trenbolone cyclohexylmethylcarbonate (Parabolan).
Trenbolone Enanthate is a 19-nortestosterone (19-nor) anabolic androgenic steroid that carries massive anabolic and androgenic ratings of 500 in both categories; this is five times greater than testosterone in both categories. More importantly than the rating, its translating anabolic and androgenic power corresponds perfectly to its ratings.
Trenbolone Enanthate use produces an impressive amount of new muscle fiber, with minimal water retention. This may be done partly through an increase in IGF-1 within muscle tissue, and increased sensitivity of muscle satellite to IGF-1 and other growth factors and an increase in the amount of DNA per muscle cell.
It has a very strong binding affinity to the androgen receptor (A.R), binding much more strongly than testosterone as well as nandrolone.
Trenbolone increases both protein synthesis as well as nitrogen retention in muscle tissue. Trenbolone can also bind with the (anti-anabolic) glucocorticoid receptor, thus aiding the muscle building process.
Finally, it also has the ability to improve nutrient efficiency and mineral absorption.
